Make a Difference

All items purchased from The Art of Giving include a contribution to cancer research. Rather than donating a percentage of profits to this cause, we have chosen to contribute a percentage of revenue - so each individual purchaser knows they are helping to make a difference.

For 2010 and again in 2011, we have chosen the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research to receive these contributions to assist their researchers find a cure for cancer.
It’s a sobering thought that 34% of us are likely to die of cancer. Established in 1979 as an independent medical research institute, The Malaghan Institute of Medical Research is a charitable trust dedicated to the relief of human suggering through scientific research into the causes, nature and treatment of disease.
